What is Yoga?

Here is a simple answer: It is the practice of trying to bring balance between mind and body. Something we call inner peace. Very difficult to achieve, but not impossible.

What is Yogalaya?

Yogalaya is a Sanskrit word that roughly translates to “School of Yoga.” And this school of Yoga has been created to help people bring that balance between mind and body.

People practice Yoga physically but are not familiar with how important it is to practice yoga cognitively and emotionally, i.e., meditation. Being healthy inwardly is as important as being healthy physically. It isn’t a difficult task; taking 10 minutes a day to meditate or practice mindfulness is enough.
